Global Liquidation Center (GLC): sells products including customer returns, buy-backs, over-stocks, shelf-pulls and excess inventories.

Returns: We will accept returns within 14 days of original ship date from our location, Buyer pays all shipping charges. All “OPEN CARTON” electronics are tested prior to listing and are always noted as such and in working order. We reserve the right to replace item or refund original purchase price only.

Shipping: Buyer pays all shipping fees unless otherwise stated, GLC recommends insurance on valuable items and will not be held responsible for items damaged in shipping.


Wholesale items purchased in bulk or via sealed bid auction

Terms

• Payment must be received within *48 hours after an order is placed and before the goods are shipped.
• Global Liquidation Center accepts bank wires or cashier’s checks.
• All bulk items are purchased as-is and *do not include shipping.

Shipping

• All items are sold *FOB (freight-on-board) - the buyer pays for all shipping costs.
• Global Liquidation Center has developed long-term, large-volume relationships with national shipping channels. We can offer very competitive, discounted shipping rates through our contracted carriers.
• Shipping costs are based on origin, destination and weight and dimensions.
• All goods are sealed in the GLC warehouse, if you receive an un-sealed shipment, please contact GLC immediately, prior to unloading the goods.
• Attention Exporters: We will work with freight forwarders.

Restrictions

• Global Liquidation Center liquidates goods for retailers and manufacturers throughout the United States. Retailers and/or Brand names may not be used in any written, verbal or electronic advertising or representation of these goods unless stated otherwise.
